"I bought a pair of goggles. At the time of purchase I asked if I don't like the goggles can I get my money back. Yes, No problem. That's not what happened. Went to Cycle Gear Sat. of Labor day weekend to check out new goggles. Goggles were suppose to be transition type. I took them outside in the sun and no tint, None. Asked for my money back. Sales person said he can't give me my money back because they need to go thru corporate to get me my money back. I work 14 hours a day. Getting back to Cycle Gear Mon.- thru Fri. before 3 o'clock because I'm west coast is very difficult. Today I left work early just to handle getting my money back. Get to Cycle gear. Sales person tells me corporate is closed again and I need to be there before 3 o'clock. The level of frustration and anger I felt I couldn't believe. All that I wanted was my money back. That should,t be that difficult. Eventually I got my money back but not before seething with anger. Over the last nine months I have spent a lot of money at Cycle gear. I am angry to the point that I will no longer make purchases that are special order. Thanks Larry McBride"
